Interested in the power televised strangers have over our lives, I painted portraits of fourteen Oregon television news personalities. Ron Pedersen, Wayne Garcia, Shauna Parsons, Paul Linnman, Mike Donahue, Pete Ferryman, Andy Carson, Ken Ackerman, Joe Sottile, Nancy Francis, Jim Donovan, Matt Zaffino, Mark Nelsen and Carl Click represent Portland 's four news channels--KATU, KGW, KOIN, and KPTV. |
