Artists’ contracts

Artists should use contracts. These written agreements don’t have to be full of scary legalese but it’s important to get them signed instead of simply shaking on them.
Below are my commission agreement, sales receipt, and model release. Click on the images if you would like to download a PDF of the contracts.
I didn’t include a venue contract because I usually allow the venue to provide the agreement. That said, I do have a checklist of things to watch for when working with venues.
