Keeping the faith as an artist / Garder la foi en tant qu’artiste
I get asked a lot how I decided to become an artist and how I persist even when things are rough, and I certainly understand the concern, especially with the world economy as it is. Artist has never seemed like a particularly stable career choice, but it’s only worse now.
On me demande assez souvent comment j’ai décidé de devenir un artiste et comment je continue à être un artiste même quand c’est difficile, et je comprends pourquoi on s’inquiète là dessus, surtout avec l’économie mondiale telle qu’elle est. Artiste n’a jamais été un choix de carrière particulièrement stable, mais c’est pire aujourd’hui.
