Richard Brilliant wrote about my work…
Last summer, Becca and I received a delightful hand-typed letter in the mail. Dr. Richard Brilliant was writing to say that he would author the essay for Subjective’s exhibition catalog.
A member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and Anna S Garbedian Professor in the Humanities at Columbia University, Brilliant has received many honors, including the Rome Prize from the American Academy in Rome, a Guggenheim Fellowship, and a Fulbright grant.
Needless to say, having an art historian write about my work before I’m dead is a privilege and an honor!

The book is available for $20. Email me if you’d like to purchase a copy. It will be officially launched on Friday at a party at the Corvallis Arts Center!
Reception and book launch: Friday 5 March 5:30 PM
The Arts Center
