Besides being a paramedic and a subject for Private Masks, Steve Mattsson is a comic book artist.  When I went to his house to interview him, Steve was nice enough to let me see his studio.  He even showed me a self-portrait in purples and yellows.  The image stuck with me and his color choices made it into my composition.
