Lynn’s husband commissioned this portrait of her as a gift for himself since he loves his wife and appreciates my work.  Whenever I talk to him about the painting, he always asks me how it is that I decided to make the marks I did.  He wants to understand the way my hand and brain work when I’m painting, and I always have tell him: “me too!”
