Through this series, I got to meet so many lovely pups, but, of all the dogs I painted, Taco is both the wiggliest and my favorite. I know I’m not supposed to be say such things out loud, but it’s hard not to love a mass of curls and cuddles whose main goal in life is getting belly rubs. To be fair, Taco is the youngest of my canine subjects, so it’s a little like with Regan, whose complete adorableness comes at least in part from being newer to this world.
