How does the bird seem to you? How does the song bubble make you feel? What about the branches?
It isn’t always easy to communicate with others about who you are and what you need or want, particularly when there’s a maze of distractions pulling your brain in every direction.
How might you be like this chickadee, a bird species whose name comes from its calls, which sound a little like “fee-bee” and sometimes, when there’s danger, “chick-a-dee-dee-dee”? What sound do you make when you don’t feel safe? How is your song a distortion of your self? In what ways are you successful in communicating about yourself?
